How Stay Protection Works

AccuWeather monitors the weather at the closest available weather station to property

If the weather is good, the traveler is happy and the protection expires

However, if it rains 4 days funds will be distributed by CX Markets to the Broker/Manager’s account generally on the next business day

This amount can be returned to the traveler with the security deposit

There is no paperwork, it’s all automated by AccuWeather and CX Markets

The Traveler's Buying Experience

At lease signing, the traveler is offered to purchase a full or partial refund of your rental amount if it rains 4 or more days that week

The cost is paid to the broker/manager as a part of the first deposit check

The broker/manager pays the traveler directly if a qualifying event occurs.

No Paperwork! No Proof of loss or impact! No Hassle!

“I received payment by the Monday following my rain protected week. It was effortless.”
